Image Processing Workshop with Arivis

Vision4D (arivis) is the leading software for exploring and analysing large multi-dimensional image datasets created by confocal, light sheet, multi-photon or electron microscopy. In this 2-day workshop arivis will present the new InViewR 3.1 release as well as to new modules within Vision4D. InViewR is a software to display RAW 3D voxel data in Virtual Reality

The workshop begins on Wednesday, 28.8. with a seminar followed by hands-on sessions with datasets provided by arivis. Experienced users of arivis may want to test the virtual reality functionality with their own dataset - this is possible, you will need to convert your data and send it to arivis beforehand, though. A FTP account for uploading will be provided.
